The 2020 has shown that with no doubt we live in a VUCA world. The acronym stands for the world, which is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous.
One of the best examples is the Industry 4.0 (Smart Manufacturing) - new industrial revolution, dramatically affecting business by transforming manufacturing and production lines as well as transforming the management process.
It brings companies to the point to be proactive and integrate Industry 4.0 solutions to the production chains and business models. That requires hiring the industry 4.0 experts and training own staff.
Effectiveness and efficiency become driven factors for companies while choosing course or training programme. It shall correspond to the business needs, be time and money friendly, provide new business opportunities for its further growth and development. |

INDEX – Industrial Expert is a one day event led by INTAMT and supported by the European consortia partners from academia and vocational institutions from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania. The event will bring together representatives from various European Higher Education Institutions, as well as representatives from the business sector to learn the INDEX – Industrial Expert open-license online course, combining the newest academic know-how and entrepreneurial needs.
